Multi-SKU Product Handling
For this project, each pallet was a unique combination of meat cuts. The palletising system used upstream controls to optimally configure a pallet pattern and palletise at speed.

On The Fly Pallet Pattern Analysis
Given the tricky nature of palletsing a mixture of hundreds of SKU’s our controls integrated with the cold store to identify and excute a pallet pattern exclusive to each company’s order contents.

Complete Pallet EOL Automation
This system was complete with pallet dispensers and a full pallet conveying system to take a stacked pallet to a fully wrapped delivery ready pallet.
